No-Show Policy: If our team arrives at your location and you are not present without prior cancellation, your card will be charged a fee of $99, reflecting the reserved service time.

I contacted Tireswaps for assistance with a flat tire, and due to the damage, it needed to be replaced. Randy went above and beyond with his service — he not only helped replace the tire but also assisted me in finding great deals on winter tires, as I needed to replace all four. He took the extra step of contacting his shop to ensure my car was serviced right away and even arranged for an alignment. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Amazing experience with Randy, changing my winter tires to all season. While I was parked on 17th by Hankki, this guy approached me saying that I should change my tires. He was correct of course, it was hitting around 30 C and I was still running with winter tires. He gave me his business card and went off. About a week later, I booked an appointment online and Randy came to my house right on time. Unfortunately, my tires were off the rims and I was missing one tire too (must have gone missing) but Randy said that's no problem. He went to a store and was able buy a rim and met me at my work and quickly changed my tires there. He was very efficient and had great communication. Would definitely recommend!
Randy provided friendly, fast swap to winter, at my downtown condo parkade. Southpointe Toyota does it for free, but I have to get an appointment weeks away, drive so far and wait there for hours! Mine are on rims, and not having to load them in my vehicle was a huge plus! It was so fast and convenient to have it done at home.I appreciated his fast response, feedback and advice!
My husband had promised to change the tires but he didn't and then it snowed a bunch. I was pretty stressed because I drive the kids to activities. With easy online booking, an available spot for today, the nicest people (Melissa and Sourav), and bam! Now I can safely drive my son to scouts tonight. Thank you so so so much!!
So convenient, so quick and so easy. This is awesome. I don’t have to pick up my tires fit them in my car and drive and wait or get someone to pick me up and drop me off. Booked online. He showed up. Friendly. Professional. Made sure to mark the tires so I don’t have to worry about rotations. Truly the best service.
