Important Information Before You Proceed
We value your time and ours. Before selecting "Pay on Site," please note the following:TireSwaps itself doesn't charge your credit card for making a reservation; however, we require a credit card to secure your reservation and may charge for late cancellations or no-shows.
- Credit Card Authorization: To confirm your appointment, we require a valid credit card. TireSwaps will not store or have access to your credit card information. Your card details will be securely stored by our payment processor, Stripe, in compliance with PCI DSS standards. No immediate charges will be made.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid any charges.
- No-Show Policy: If our team arrives at your location and you are not present without prior cancellation, your card will be charged a fee of $99, reflecting the reserved service time.
