Booking & Payment Policy

This Booking & Payment Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing service appointments, payments, and cancellations for TireSwaps, a business operating in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. By scheduling an appointment with TireSwaps, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Payment & Credit Card Authorization

  • Customers choosing to "Pay Online" will have their payment processed immediately through Stripe, ensuring a secure and encrypted transaction in compliance with industry standards.
  • Customers selecting "Pay on Site" must provide a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure their appointment. No immediate charges will be made when selecting "Pay on Site."
  • TireSwaps does not store or have access to customer credit card information. All payment details are securely processed and stored by Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor.
  • The credit card on file will only be charged under the conditions outlined in the No-Show Policy below.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $99 CAD, charged to the credit card on file.
  • To cancel or reschedule, customers must contact us via phone or email: info@tireswaps.com and/or +1 (587) 602-7934.


3. No-Show Policy

  • If our team arrives at the scheduled location and the customer is not present or unreachable within 15 minutes, TireSwaps reserves the right to charge the full service amount to the credit card on file.
  • Failure to cancel in advance as per the Cancellation Policy will be treated as a no-show, and applicable charges will be processed accordingly.


4. Refunds & Disputes

  • Refunds may be issued at TireSwaps' discretion in cases where service could not be completed due to circumstances beyond the customer's control.
  • Customers disputing a charge must contact us via phone or email: info@tireswaps.com and/or +1 (587) 602-7934 within 7 days of the transaction before initiating a dispute with their bank.


5. Secure Payment Processing

  • All payments made through TireSwaps are processed via Stripe, a trusted and secure third-party payment processor compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
  • Credit card information is encrypted and handled by Stripe in accordance with their security policies.
  • Customers who wish to have their stored credit card information deleted may request this by contacting us at info@tireswaps.com. TireSwaps will then submit a request to Stripe for the deletion of the stored payment details, subject to Stripe’s policies and processing timelines.


6. Modifications to this Policy

  • TireSwaps reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
